    Course goals

We want out students to become well rounded and complete traders. There are plenty of strategies that will work for a month or two if you follow them perfectly, but in order to survive for a long time in the Forex market you need to understand more than just one or two mechanical forex trading systems.

We want you to be profitable for years to come.

    How do we achieve this?

There is no single strategy that works for everyone all of the time. Different people have different amounts they are comfortable risking, different hours they can trade and more importantly the markets change.

Our core focus is on Price Action trading, but we also teach several of the more reliable indicators and a complete indicator trading strategy as well. Each individual component of each forex trading strategy is discussed, and we show how and why it is put together.

With this approach, we find that our students are able to adjust their trading strategies to suit them as well as adjust with an ever changing market. Long story short, they are more successful.

    Course details

The classroom training course is broken into 6 parts over 3 days.

    Part 1:
    Introduction to Forex Trading

This section covers the inner working of how everything actually works. We cover topics from as simple as forex terminology, right through to how to decide which pairs you should trade and at what times.

    Part 2:
    Meta Trader 4

We use Meta Trader 4 as our main forex trading platform. It is extremely powerful software, and all the best brokers offer it as part of their service. A lot of learning will take place as we go through the rest of the course, but we do set aside this time to get it installed and start running through features. We will also be setting up our charts to get ready for trading.

    Part 3:
    Introduction to indicator trading

While the goal is to be using Price Action trading, we want you to be able to use indicators to supplement your Price Action strategy. So we teach you a profitable indicator based system which can be broken up and altered.

    Part 4:
Strategy and intro to Price Action

Strategies are more than just deciding when to enter a trade. Proper strategies teach you how to manage current trades whether they are winning or losing, as well as give you proper exit strategies which minimize loss and maximise profits. Towards the end of this section we also start introduction some of the fundamentals of Price Action which can benefit even indicator based strategies.

    Part 5:
    Price Action

In this section we will begin with the core parts of price action. Focusing on the key points of support and resistance, how to properly use them, and how to determine if the trade is worth entering. By learning the basic principals of price action, it is easy to understand how and why some of the more complicated patterns work.

    Part 6:
    More Price Action!

How to avoid trading during difficult news events. This final part covers more about Price Action, and we will go through the more popular of the Price Action forex patterns that we see in the market. You will also learn how to properly do back testing using the Meta Trader 4 platform, and we will go through some examples.
